Tony Goode has been both a Junior and Secondary school teacher and until recently he was Head of Performing Arts on the innovative BA (Hons) Drama course and the MA Theatre & Performance Practice course at Northumbria University.
His experience includes regular teaching across Europe and the USA/Canada. He currently collaborates with City University New York (CUNY), the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama (RSAMD).
For Perfect Fools, Tony delivers training with teachers and headteachers exploring the impact of drama on cross curricular learning.
Tony is co-author (with Jonothan Neelands) of ‘Structuring Drama Work’ (Cambridge University Press, 2000) a practical guide to drama workshop practice and co-author with Jim Clark, Warwick Dobson and Jonothan Neelands of ‘Lessons for the Living: Drama and the Integrated Curriculum’ (Mayfair Cornerstone, 1997).
