Lyndsay Yarde is an independent trainer currently developing work for The Purple Carrot Training and Research Group and as an accomplice of Perfect Fools.

Lyndsay worked within the public sector for 24 years, undertaking a range of different roles in areas of Housing and Homelessness and more recently in the development of the new Sure Start Children's Centres.

Training has been a focus throughout her career and she has 20 years experience of commissioning, developing and delivering staff and community training programmes, working primarily in the area of community, team and personal development. Lyndsay also works as a part time lecturer at Northumbria University.
